STOP THE JOB

Every employee has the authority and responsibility to stop work whenever a hazard, uncertainty, or unsafe condition is identified. We believe taking the time to evaluate a situation is essential to preventing incidents before they happen.

GOOD CATCH & NEAR MISS

Our Good Catch & Near Miss Program encourages employees to report hazards and close calls so they can be investigated, shared, and used as learning opportunities. Every report helps strengthen our safety culture and prevent future incidents.

JOB SITE SAFETY ASSESSMENTS

Our leadership team regularly conducts job safety assessments to evaluate compliance, reinforce best practices, and engage directly with field crews. These assessments help identify opportunities for improvement while promoting accountability and continuous learning.
